Breastfeeding & one beer?

If I drink a (Modelo michelada) can I still breastfeed my baby ? First time mom here she’s 2 weeks 3 days.

Yes u can beer is low alcohol and it wont effect breastmilk my gyno recommended it help increase my milk

If you’re sober enough to drive then you’re enough the nurse. The biggest problem with nursing after drinking is dropping or laying on your baby. There is no where near enough alcohol transferred from a beer to your milk to harm your baby.
