Scalp and facial moisturizer..?

Hi mommas. So my daughter is mixed, she has beautiful skin and hair, we only bathe every 2 to 3 nights right now, and do a little sponge bath wipe down in between, and apply lotion to her skin. No problems there. I only actually shampoo her hair about every other week, and when I do I put a light oil like grapeseed on it to keep it nice and curly and pretty. BUT what I do notice is that her face and scalp get kind of dry sometimes, especially her scalp after we shampoo it. I just don't know of a good and safe lotion that I can actually apply to her face, and also something for her scalp..she has a ton of hair so I don't want to just lather on the oil to get it down onto her scalp cause then her hair would be a big old grease ball. Any suggestions????
