What the hell is happening? Help fast please

So this is the first time something like this happened to me, I had brown(-ish) discharge for 2-3 days and when my period was due yesterday and only today I had a not even filled a pad just a small amount of brown blood and nothing more, but there’s actually quite a lot coming when I wipe after I pee. I’m wondering if there’s a chance I’m pregnant although I’d be surprised if yes, the only sexual activity I’ve done this through cycle was giving and receiving a handjob and my boyfriend didn’t have any cum and his fingers. Although I have been sick, I had strep throat with fever and am still on antibiotics. So I’d just like to ask if there’s and possibility I’d actually be pregnant or is the illness just messing with my body??
