Does ovulation make you horny?

Last month I was ttc yet so I wasn’t using an app or testing or calculating like a crazy person. About a week before my period, one night I was crazy horny. I mean, trying to get someone, anyone, to come over and fuck me silly. If there were bums where I lived I probably would have paid one of them to do it. I mean, it was the worst need I’ve ever had.

So anyways, is that a normal symptom of ovulation? It woulda been two months off of birth control for a very long time.
