Who would I see to diagnose a tongue tie in a newborn?

I’m unsure of what medical professional would diagnose this, is it a paediatrician, a dentist, a lactation consultant? Thanks!

My midwife, the pediatric nurse, took a look after my son was born and couldn't laych and diagnosed him there and then. It got confirmed by the pediatrician like 5 hours later and clipped a minute later.

A dentist and lactation specialist pediatrician aren't fully known to diagnose this but some do not gonna say they all are but most of the time they aren't fully aware of it

A lactation consultant well versed with tongue ties confirmed it after I asked her about it- I found her with a. Google search. She then referred me to a Paediatrician who gave me more information.
