When to start baby food?

I’m wondering when I should start introducing food like applesauce he is 14 weeks 4 days old ￼￼

You need to speak to your pediatrician, not us. Your pediatrician will let you know when they want you to start baby food. 
Typically it’s 6 months for many reasons.

They recommend 6 months however if your baby is showing signs from 4 months that they would like more then their bottle speak to the paediatrician about it and they may say whether they think it’s okay. I personally introduced baby porridge from 4 months just to fill him up a bit but nothing else until 5/6 months

The AAP recommends 6mo. Some pediatricians will give the go ahead around 4mo if baby has 100% head control and their thrust reflex is gone. Both times it just hurt my babies tummies, so I waited until 6mo with both!

Your pediatrician will tell you when to. A 14 week old does not have a digestive system that can handle food.
