Help with my cycle please
So I have pcos and I have always had a long cycle for as long as I can remember ranging anywhere from 30-44 days being the longest. Mostly it’s jumps from 32 or 34 days. However, I have never missed a monthly cycle but I’m wondering is it possible that I’m bleeding but not actually ovulating? Is there a way to confirm my ovulation every month?
