I keep getting this email and I don’t get it,
“Yahoo Security Breach Proposed Settlement” 
What do they want? I’m confused.

I’d Ignor it. Legally they have to inform you of a potential breach and could come with a payout but not worth the hassle and in case it’s a scam, you never know

There was a security breach, email address, passwords and such were leaked or hacked. They’re offering free credit monitoring or you can opt to join the class action lawsuit and get a possible pay out. They’re required to give you the option.
