Let’s talk food! 😋
So I don’t know if it’s because I was already trying to make the conscious effort of eating healthier or if it’s because baby seems to enjoy the healthy food. Either way most of my meals have been healthier and I feel great eating them! When I eat fried or dessert stuff I end up bloated and just feeling yuck.
I’m looking for more meal ideas though so tell me your favorite breakfasts/lunches even dinners! Right now my daily meals are something along the lines of:
Breakfast: yogurt and then a “snack pack” of something like raisins/craisins, almonds, yogurt drops, etc.
Lunch: salad with a protein like chicken or ham and usually some kind of fruit whether it’s mixed fruit, grapes, apple, banana, etc.
Dinner varies because my husband has been eating paleo and often it’s whatever he’s making but usually that means veggies and a clean protein like fish or chicken but also some beef or pork as well.
I do (obviously) eat meat but I also enjoy vegetarian recipes too so I’ll appreciate any and all! Thanks
