Lower back pain, please help!
I’ve been having very dull but intense lower back pain, accompanied by stomach cramps. I’m not sure if it’s Braxton Hicks or contractions. It’s my first pregnancy. And I’m 30 weeks. Sometimes it feels like I’m going to throw up. Any one experience things like this before??
