Mittelschmerz
Do you ladies feel mittelschmerz pain when you ovulate?? Do you BD before or after? Mine feel like a sharp pain directly in my ovary and rotates sides each month (feels like pressure or gas). Today was my peak fertile day according to Glow.
Does this mean I ovulated today most likely??
