In home nanny advice
One of my daycare teachers is interested in being my in home nanny. She should not be employed by an overhead company. I would be her employer. There are so many risks involved with bringing someone you aren’t friends/family with into your home.
Fellow moms who work full time and have a nanny that comes into your home. Do you have any advice?
