Onesies in the hospital?

I'm going to be induced tomorrow and I have a question for anyone that already had their babies... What did your baby wear while at the hospital? If I have onesies I bought her for Halloween would she be able to wear them?

They put them in a genetic white button up onesie after you deliver but once you get to your room you can put them in whatever you want. Hospitals are a little cold though so make sure to bring pants with feet or socks too. I normally wait to dress them in clothes I brought until after they've had the first bath too.

Baby t shirts are amazing and the best I have found for my baby. They used them for her in the hospital and she wears one to sleep in with a sleep sack each night. I can change her without waking her...only if I'm lucky!

Stayed in the same room for labor , delivery and postpartum. I did not allow baby girl to have a bath at the hospital and I put her in a gown which was her first outfit and we took her home in a footie outfit!

My babies both had on whatever I wanted them to wear after their first bath. I also labored/delivered/recovered all in the same room.

When I put her in my outfit on the last day they left it on her, before that they had her in hospital onesies and a swaddle.

We bought several cute outfits that our little man wore the 3 days we were there! He was just so cute I had to put him in something other than a tee shirt. Also used our own blankets. Not the traditional feet ones they supply.

My hospital requested you keep them in white side snap shirts and swaddled only. I think so if they had to access them quickly they wouldn't have to remove clothes. Had never heard of that, so brought lots of clothes she never wore!

Mine just swaddle my son with a diaper on. I was glad I had a couple outfits for him.
