Decrease in milk supply ??

I’m 6 weeks postpartum and I was producing 10-12 oz per pump session!!! Now I suddenly just had a drop and only get 4-5 oz!?? What’s going on!?

For most your supply regulates around 6weeks pp. And pumping 10-12oz is a major oversupply.

I read in one of your comments that you're pumping 2-3 times a day. If you want to pump exclusively this isn't nearly enough. I think every 2-3 hours is recommended. Good luck!

Was this just one session or one day? If it just happened I wouldn’t worry yet. Stay super hydrated tmrw and do power pumping for an hour if you haven’t already.
