Pain when peeing! Help!!!

So I've had a UTI before, and this definitely isn't the same. When I had my UTI, it was painful all the time when peeing. Not it's just been happening after sex I experience pain and sometimes during sex. Any idea what this could be?? Maybe still a UTI??
