Is this normal or is something wrong , please help

I’m really worried that something might be wrong because the past few weeks I’ve been having a hard time. When ever there’s deep penetration I feel sick especially if I’m lying on my stomach. Is it normal to feel nauseous and bloated after deep penetration? I didn’t have this much of an issue before but now it’s really starting to hurt and I’m not sure if it’s because I didn’t have sex for five months or if something is actually wrong. Also the pain lingers on for half a day. Please help.
