So my husband had a vasectomy 18 years ago when he was with his first wife and now we want to have a baby together. He went to his doctor and they did a semen analysis which revealed he has incomplete Necrozoospermia with 2% living sperm left. Is it still possible for me to get pregnant? The doctor said that he doesn’t need to reverse the vasectomy because my husband has the sperm present in his semen.
