Can I give my 16 month old HOMO milk instead of WHOLE?
I breastfed for the first 13 months, then I gave whole organic full fat milk (3.8), but that milk unfortunately is very hard to find at grocery stores near us. Today we ran out of milk and no where has the whole milk. But one place has homo 3.8. I’m wondering if this is ok? Or if I should just drive to find the whole milk.
I’m a first time mama so I really don’t know.
