Ok to eat pineapple?

It’s fine. You have to eat something like 7 pineapples, including the core, to maybe do anything

Eating a whole bunch at once is basically the same as taking an aspirin or two. Increases blood flow and can possibly lead to miscarriage   But again... you’d have to eat a bunch of them. Any normal serving of pineapple is totally fine.

Yes! I freaked out about it at first too! My midwife said that it’s fine unless I plan on eating like 10 of them!
