Bladder Problems. Maybe you can help me.

Hello ladies! I am currently in bed trying to rule out why I feel like peeing all the time and my bladder is so sore... I used to have uti's all the time because I did not know that I have to pee after sex and let me tell you, it was absolutely awful, fever and nausea, bladder pain and burning sensation when peeing, one time I even had blood in my pee and I was sure I was about to die. I couldn't have access to antibiotic cause I was in a foreign country and I didn't have an insurance. I thanked god after I found the cause and eliminated it. Bur now it's different. I wake up in the morning feeling like I have to pee but it is like 2 drops and I still feel that discomfort and pressure but the thing is, I don't even have sex, I always wipe front to back, I can't find the cause and it's downriver frustrating 😔😔😔😔. Please, can someone help me out, I can't go to the urologist since I don't have a job and I don't have an insurance. Please please, can someone give me any hint to why this happens to me.
