Advice please

So last night my husband I were having sex and we happen to be under the ceiling fan well he had my legs spread open and the fan which was on high started drying me out. By the time I mentioned it he finished and I hurt from having sexual when I had dried up a bit. Well I noticed I start to feel itchy as well last night not long afterwards. Any one experience this? I washed up afterwards today I’m just sore down there and a tiny bit itchy not entirely sure what to do.
