Ivf at 41?

Question

Has anyone successfully done ivf close to 41 successfully? I did it at 40.5 and my 3 eggs didn’t fertilize. I want to do it again but scared the same thing will happen!

Each person and each time is different. If you have the funds and the fortitude, go for it. I just did it at 39 (I’ll be 40 in April) following several miscarriages last year and I’m now 12w after my first try. My other friend landed a miracle. She only had like one viable embryo but is now due March 30 and is 44 years old. Miracles do happen.

I’ll be 40 in August.  It took me 3 cycles and a change in protocol each time but I’m now 16 weeks pregnant.
