I have lost 4 lbs in 7 days. I haven’t really changed my diet, my diet was never unhealthy anyways. Unless you count occasional ice cream🤣 I’ve been eating the same amount as normal.

How in the hell did I lose weight that fast? 4lbs isn’t a lot but it is for one week. I can’t think of anything else.

No, it has not caused diarrhea. I had really bad gas the first few days but that settled.

I might sound super dramatic but I’ve not been able to lose weight for years. It’s the reason I changed my whole diet around years ago, I eat freaking apples for snacks.
