So on my last appointment they apparently seen a “small sac” at 1289 hcg we’ll I went back today 2 days later and they gave me that number 1289 and said it’s 40 points off being “normal” level. And that nothing was seen on the ultrasound (lady literally took 2 mins if that to do it) they pushed methotrexate on me (nothing showing in tube btw) and told me after that to schedule a D&C. I declined and asked for another hcg blood test. I should be 6 weeks 3 days as of today going by LMP. I have had no spotting or bleeding and FEEL pregnant. Why did they see a sac last time and say oh maybe the pregnancy isn’t progressing properly but now nothing? I’m left scratching my head. Same doctors office, same ultrasound tech. Any input ladies ??
