Ovulation pain??
Last month I had breakthrough bleeding halfway through my cycle with cramps almost like a period, but just spotting. Now this month I got off my birth control pills and my fertility apps are telling me I'm in my fertile window, but I feel so sick..is it ovulation or something else? The nausea has almost taken me to the toilet to throw up. I'm in so much pain and it's coming and going...I just want advice on what could be going on.
