Teething symptoms but nothing yet

Our girl has had teething symptoms. Constant drooling, gnawing on fists all the time, gnawing on frozen teething rings, loss of appetite, and has redness around mouth. DR confirmed teething. When do I know it’s coming through ?? Haven’t seen anything yet pop through.
