Work life balance

My son is currently 4 months old and I work FT. My SO doesn’t work in the winter much due to the weather so, my son stays home with him. I work CRAZY hours some days and we barely see one another. Him and I are were both very active and constantly on the go. Obviously, having a baby, really slowed things down for us. ESPECIALLY, him. We don’t have any family around that we really trust with our son. In my days off, I have my son. How does everyone balance their lives? I fear this may be causing a wedge between us.
