My daughter starts daycare next week. She is just going 2 days/wk, but I am so nervous about her getting sick. I walked past her classroom earlier this week (my daughter goes to the same place) and there was a note on the door that one of the kids in her class was diagnosed with Influenza A. Luckily, she is starting a good 11 days after this was posted but it makes me so nervous to put her in there. She has gotten both doses of her flu shot. Please someone reassure me it will be alright and we will all survive! I really don’t have a choice to pull her out now or delay her starting.
