Or am I just being paranoid? I've never seen the hollow area at the tip of his penis. Is that normal? Can I see some boy ultrasound pictures please?

You should at least be able to see the sack I would go in to get a second opinion there’s a chance you might be having a little girl 😊

That does look long for a penis. I think that might be the cord and it looks hollow at the end because it faded out of view. 
It should look more like a sack than a penis..

I’m sure it’s fine in my most recent ultrasound (top) it looks super crooked and in the bottom one it looks like there is a small hole. I think it’s just kind of floating around in there and there’s nothing wrong

I’m a girl mom, so my input may not be great...but are you sure that’s his penis and not the cord? It just looks so long? 🤷🏻‍♀️
