Pregnancy “glow”?

I’m 7 weeks 4 days, I’m curious when this so called “pregnancy glow” is supposed to kick in, if it all. My face has been looking like a pepperoni pizza lately and I am OVER IT!

I think it’s a made up term😂 I’m 33 weeks and feel like a potato

*If* it happens, I’m guessing it’s during the 2nd trimester since that’s when you’re supposed to be the least tired. 
I’m 10 +3 weeks right now and all I can think about is how tired I am!!
