Confused BBT

I recently purchase a Femometer and just received it today. Reason for me to buy this thermometer is because I was diagnosed with PCOS, and other fertility issues last year and have been ttc. Well, I opened the Femometer and took my first temp (97.13) and logged it. Then, I was thinking best 1 out of 3 second was 97.8 then 97.99. What do I do in this situation? I took all within the seconds of each other. Please help?

Did you take it in the middle of the day? You need to take your temp first thing in the morning when you wake up, before you move. I have the femometer one aswell and find it very accurate so just go with the first temp as it will change the longer you’re awake

The ONLY temp you're supposed to record is the very first one in the morning. This should be taken roughly the same time each day and before you even get out of bed.Completely pointless taking your temp for TTC purposes at any other time of the day

This things are SUPER SUPER sensitive, so if you took it and moved around at all. Even moving your arms around or walking from one room to the next can raise your body temp by a fraction of a degree. They recommend that you track bbt by testing first thing in the morning before you even get up to pee because after you move around even a little, the results will vary.
