Baby stretching back after nursing! Anyone else?!

Question

So my 2 week old always stretches/arches her back and arms after nursing. She doesn’t cry when doing it and looks content after. However, when I googled it i got a bunch of scary stuff about it, starting from acid reflux and ending with cerebral palsy! Sometimes I hate google! :( 
Does anyone’s else’s baby stretch that way, and any thoughts on why?

My windy baby did that, a good burping session always worked...even at 13 weeks she won’t relax forward on my shoulder until she burps

It definitely can be normal, but it could also be a little blockade somewhere from birth. Such things are pretty common and can be ,,fixed" by a chiropractor for babies easily

We don’t breast feed bc my milk never came in, but my girl does it after her bottle or when it’s like 2 oz left. It’s that stretch and sigh of contentment. Like awww man that’s a good bottle mom!
