Coming to an end
My little one is 6 months old. I’ve had a very hard time maintains my supply since she was about 4 months old so we introduced formula at that time as a supplement. Despite my best efforts, pumping is only producing about 4-5 oz the entire day. I’ve read about weaning but since my supply is already so low, is there anything I need to do to completely stop?
