🩸Bleeding after sex⁉️HELP

So my boyfriend and I had a lot of sex yesterday and after a while of just having a lot of rough sex the inside of my vagina tatted to hurt and I went pee and there was a little bit of blood. This has happened before but it happened again and I don’t get my period for 13 days and earlier it was brown blood but now like as it’s like fresh it’s bright red and I don’t know if this is a period and I have cramps right now and my boobs hurt. Should I get checked for an STD or is this happening because of rough sex. And I’ve been on birth control for 6 months now sooooo like does anyone have an idea on what’s happening
