Lonely

My husband and I have been together for almost 5 years, we have three kids together and have been married 12 months.

I'm feeling quite lost though as I'm struggling mentally after the birth of our youngest (8 weeks ago), I have no one else I want to confide my feelings in, but know I can't open up to my husband either because I just know he doesn't want to hear about it 😔

I feel so lonely.
