Do you shampoo your hair everyday?

Used to as my mom taught me that over 12 year olds absolutely must do so. I stopped at 18 and my hair has been so much healthier and thicker since. Grows faster too. I shampoo it every 2-3 days now, seems to suit me the best.

I’m a mom of 2 under 2. I’m lucky if I get a shower once a week lol. If I had it my way I’d shower every 2 days and shampoo every other.

I’m natural so for us naturalistas that’s a nono, every week to two weeks, if we have braids then maybe twice a month

I have very curly frizzy hair so I’ve been trying to follow the curly girl method. It’s recommended that I wash with conditioner only 7-10 days. But I can’t lol so I wait 2-3 and use shampoo. Guess my curls will never be pretty 🤷🏽‍♀️

My hair gets so nasty and greasy if I don't. But I can sometimes get away with only needing to every other day during the winter (sweat less during that time in FL)
