Need advice

So for nearly 3 years I have bled after sex every time, and every time it is fresh blood. In December I had an ultrasound, an internal exam and a colposcopy and they found absolutely nothing. I’ve had all the STI tests which are clear as are my partners. Once I literally woke up covered in blood. It’s ruining our sex life and making me worry all of the time. Any advice or suggestions as to what it could be??
