Nose Piercing

Hi guys so I got my nose pierced about 4 months ago. I clean it everyday, but I’ve been having problems with it. It seems like it just won’t heal. Some days it’ll be fine and then other days it’ll flare up and be very red and sore. I also get a bump that grows there that will come and go. Anyone have any suggestions on what I should do for the bump and flare ups? I don’t want to take it out but it just gets so bad that sometimes I think about it.
