Eating nuts around your baby?

Is it safe to eat nuts around your baby? I love cashews, but I’ve been hesitant to eat then with baby in my arms, or touching her after I eat them before I wash my hands. I’m not sure if it could trigger an allergic reaction or not

Enjoy!  There’s a growing body of research that says you should expose your kid to those common allergy foods to help avoid them from developing an allergy.  Allergic reactions are rarely severe the first few times someone is exposed to something they are allergic too.  Just pay attention to any patterns if baby starts having issues.

I had 2 peanut butter & jelly sandwiches for dinner 2nite lol Ive had it before as well and i exclusively breastfeed & no issues.
