I’m the same as you, some women just don’t orgasm from penetration alone. I’ve tried every which way, it just doesn’t feel any different and like you said sort of numb. I think I’ve felt a slight tingle maybe 3 times but it’s gone a millisecond later. I need to have clit stimulation at the same time if I’m going to orgasm.
