My boy just turned 5 mo old today! He has been constipated about 3 or 4 times now. I watched him poop this last time and it was painful to watch. He struggled and cried a d the poop was hard and came out BIG from his butt from two days of not pooping so I know it hurt him 😥 I asked doc what I can do to avoid this from happening anymore. The apple juice seemed to help so they said I can keep it in his diet one oz once or twice a day. Anything special yall do? Besides some tastes of baby food lately, all he mostly has to eat is sensitive formula.
