How often to eat

Hi, just found out I was pregnant and totally need to change my diet. I was doing 24 hour fasting so only eating once a day which helped me lose and control my weight. I need to quit that now obviously but how many times a day do I need to eat? Is 2 ok or should I eat more often? I eat pretty healthy. I know I’ll gain weight from baby of course but I want to do what I can to avoid gaining excess weight. Im concerned I’ll end up gaining a bunch of extra weight eating more. I know I have to eat more often of course though.

I have apt with OB soon so I’ll ask her when I get in but the few days before I’m trying to figure out what I should be doing

Any breakfast ideas? Is just like a banana or 2 hard boiled eggs ok? Then eat dinner like regular or should I have more healthy snacks throughout the day?
