Late & still BFN

I’m 2 days late and no sign of AF. Tests are all negative so far. No cramps and no spotting which are both normal for me about 2-3 days before AF. Expected flow was suppose to begin 2/9 (bday) never came. I didn’t check for ovulation this month. I was just frustrated with peeing on sticks already so according to glow I ovulated on or around 2/25. So now I’m wondering are we pregnant or is my cycle changing. anyone else experience this before? If so, what was your outcome?
