Cause for concern? TMI PICTURE

Hey guys so I was having contractions 3 days ago and ended up going to the hospital, turns out they’re real contractions and i was becoming effaced and lost my mucus plug. this morning, I go to hospital again and she checked my cervix & turns out I’m dilated 1cm,

She told me I would have some spotting but ever since then, I’ve been bleeding as if it’s the start of a period and was passing small clots and I just now passed this. What is this and is it a cause for concern?
