Iud removal

So around January 27 my iud came out . For least 6 days I was experiencing heavy bleeding and really bad cramping. I ended up going to drs . The said I wasn’t prego and my iud prob hit and scrapped my cervix wrong . Here I am I’m still slightly bleeding on and off light or medium or days nothing at all. My body feels all sorts of messed up is this normal . And now I have brown bleeding and In some aspects way my body feels and my mood swings I feel prego ! What is ur guy’s opinions on what is going on from your experience ?
