Can I take a pregnancy test at 10 weeks?

I have had a complete loss of pregnancy symptoms and I don’t think I’m pregnant. Had an ultrasound at both 7 and 8 weeks.

I wouldn’t be concerned about symptoms subsiding, that’s normal. But even if there were something wrong, a pregnancy test isn’t going to identify that. You usually still have a positive test even after a miscarriage until everything has passed from your body. A positive test just means that there’s still HCG in your system, it doesn’t indicate if the pregnancy is healthy or viable.

The hook effect could cause a test to read negative even if everything is totally fine. That window between 8 weeks and 12 is the most stressful. Symptoms subside and you aren’t feeling kicks yet. It’s likely everything is fine. 
If you’re really worried, book an ultrasound. But don’t bother with a pregnancy test.

I had the same thing and now I'm 16 weeks on Friday. It's completely normal to lose symptoms. They come and go. As long as your not bleeding just relax your mind and be positive ❤️

Symptoms are going to come and go the whole time. The hook effect is going to cause too much worry for you. You can always go to the ER if you feel like something is terribly wrong. If not, call your doctor and see if they can see you soon!

I lost all my symptoms at 8 weeks. I'm 39 weeks now and they never came back.

9 weeks tomorrow and all my symptoms are gone. My SIL says it’s completely normal and it might come back. I’m having twins and I still had an ultrasound last week. My point being we should be okay.

It might be really really faint or even negative at 10 weeks. 
If you've not had bleeding with filling a pad in an hour I wouldnt worry.
My nausea and symptoms disappeared around 11 weeks. 
Its completely normal for symptoms to disappear hitting second trimester.
