Yellowish discharge?

I’m having yellowish discharge mostly every day, its light yellow when it dries, I had swabs done down below a few weeks ago in the hospital and they never rang me with the results and I was also down there a few days ago and they never mentioned any sort of infection so I presume it’s not an infection? Is anybody else having this? 19+5 ?
