Sore nipples no more?

Hello all! I’m a little over 5 week. Yesterday my boobs were ON FIRE .. felt “itchy”. Today my nipples are not very sore at all. Besides general tiredness this has been my only symptom thus far. Has this happened to anyone else and pregnancy was normal? I’ll side note that I’ve had zero spotting or abnormal cramping. Thanks!!!

Symptoms come and go my boobs haven’t hurt since being in the first trimester and my baby is growing fine every one is different and you don’t have to have symptoms to be pregnant

I had only two days of sore boobs this pregnancy. At around 5 weeks. I’m 10w5d now. 
With my first one I also had only 2-3 days of soreness right after a positive pregnancy test. 
I very one is different, and symptoms differ too. Don’t worry 😉
