No heartbeat on Doppler

I’m 10 weeks exactly today and I just got my Sonoline B Doppler in the mail. I can’t find the baby’s heart beat and I’m worried. I do hear the swishing/waves sound everyone talks about but can’t hear a heart beat. I found a strong beat around the swishing/waves sound but the bpm was at 106 and I’m pretty sure it’s the vein from my belly and not baby. Should I be worried? I don’t have my next appointment until I’m 11 weeks 5 days. So a little over a week before my next appointment.

I’m also on the heavier side. Not super heavy but I definitely don’t have a flat belly. I’m just worried something happened!
