I mean considering me and my husband live together I at least expect a “happy Valentine’s Day” and a kiss but I don’t really care about cards or gifts. Before we loved together I only really wanted to go to dinner or something so we could see each other but not necessarily just because it was valentines day

It really depends. My boyfriend doesn’t like holidays/vday. He doesn’t like having to do something because it’s expected for that day. He wants to do it on random days. It’s something you need to communicate if it’s important to you, and where to meet in the middle if it’s not important for him.

I'm a hopeless romantic so yes I would definitely be upset. Luckily my husband spoils me rotten. He also got me a diamond necklace I've been wanting that I don't currently have a photo of. I got him a desk he's been wanting for his game room. We spoil each other. ❤😍💍

We treat each other enough during the year. We’re not going to spend money on the day where everything is marked up because companies know everyone is a sucker for commercialized holidays heheh

We discussed before hand our expectations for it. He knows the effort im putting in and knows what kind of effort I would like but I know he’s not big on the holiday so I’m cool with him just sending me a happy Valentine’s Day and getting dressed up to have dinner at my house.

If he doesn’t acknowledge it whatsoever then yes you have every right to feel bothered. But also voice your opinion. Guys are very dumb sometimes and think that it’s not that important or that we don’t care about stuff if we don’t talk to them. Just casually bring it up to him and see what he says. He may have forgot if he’s been busy with work or something but remember that it’s Valentine’s Day and it goes both ways. Send him a message or before you guys go to work wake him up with a kiss.
